Board of "Investors"
The Board of "Investors" offers teams strategic evaluation at the three Pitch events.
The Board of "Investors" participation is limited to an advisory role.
- The MVP Pitch is an in-class event held in January or February. At the MVP Pitch, the Board determines the funding allocations for the teams' MVPs (Minimum Viable Products). The MVP, or Minimum Viable Product is a basic version of the team's business concept developed for customer validation.
- The In-Class Pitch takes place in April or May and is also an in-class event. At the In-Class Pitch, all student teams will pitch their business concepts to the Board of "Investors". The Board will then select the finalists that will move onto the Pitch Night competition.
- Pitch Night, held on an evening late in May, is a competition for the startup award. At this event each student team will pitch their business concept to the Board of "Investors", competing for the funds to turn their business concept into reality during the summer and following school year.
